As far as I know, there is a small risk of extra-pyramidal symptoms. I understand this to be Parkinson's like symptoms, but I can definitively tell you it is being used in babies A WHOLE LOT. Never seen a baby have a problem.
There is some controversy about whether it actually works or not (for reflux), but that's another story and has nothing to do with it's properties as a galactogogue.
