All due respect returned, but in my, perhaps not so humble, opinion our
profession is in big trouble if we start to believe that the use of
technical equipment rather than teaching and learning good at breast
techniques and breastfeeding management are the thing that will save
breastfeeding and babies.
I could not agree with her more. We are in trouble if we don't believe that
BRF IS getting mom/baby together AT breast! Absolutely, there are times
that pumping is needed, but let's not look at it as simply another way to
BRF!
