In the first few days I find that many babies are happy with one breast each 
feed, then as they begin to get the hang of it and get hungrier, they 
actively seek "seconds."  I try to explain this to moms, how BF changes as 
baby's needs change.  And also that any variation is fine, first, seconds or 
thirds, just follow the baby's lead.  Pat in SNJ
