Yes, *we* are supposed to do the evidence based thing, doctors don't seem to be bothered much by doing what they've always done without looking for even the slightest whisper of evidence. In my darker vision days I have the impression that most of what doctors do is based on hear-say and marketing.
And, noo, I don't think LC's without a medical background should clip frenulums. Not because they are not able to, but because they are not allowed. Still, it is ofcourse Alice-in-Wonderland-like that we, who are not supposed to be doing the thing ourselfs, should be the ones to teach others how to do it. Isn't this a crazy world - who needs Alice's Wonderland where we have it at hand all day.
