IN my mammograms they also see much microcalcification. The woman who
does my mammograms ( who I helped with breastfeeding all her babies)
says that my breasts are like a 25 year old woman. ( I am 57). We both
agreed that this is probably because I breastfed for so long. Maybe
breastfeeding keeps the breasts young??
This is probably the way a breast should actually look, but since so few
women actually breastfeed for long periods, what is though to be normal,
and what is actually normal are probably not the same thing.
Anyone have any evidence-based information on that? This would make a
great study.
I am sure that I could get our breast clinic to participate in a study
if anyone is interested.
