I see signs of an overabundant milksupply here: baby starts fussying after several minutes of vigorious drinking/swallowing, wants to suckle, but the food makes him gassy. sevaral explosive bowel movements daily and greenish stuff in between.
I would not advise switching breasts more, but rather less. Perhaps express as much as possible bilateral once to give the baby the experience of easy suckling at the breast to get satisfied with fatter milk and a slower flow.
