Probably not (removal of alveoli).  She may have ductal regrowth during 
pregnancy.  The breast will fill. If no outlet it will get quite engorged 
and involution will take place.  Sounds like a good place to use cabbage.

Years ago, had a mom with no nipple on one side due to a childhood burn and 
scarring.  I was her LC through 3 babies :-)  Her non functioning breast got 
less engorged each time, like her body said oh don't bother with that side
