hi, I would check dad, siblings and caregivers  for yeast on fingers, 
toes(eww), and genitals(BIG EWWWW esp. rear end).
I  had 2 dads with jock itch that kept reinfecting the family.i also had 
one sib that had yeast in his chronicly over picked nose,he kept giving 
it to the baby by sticking his fingers in the baby's mouth.
