Though it is not my favorite choice, most of the follow ups I do with the nipple shield are done during the weekly support group.  Otherwise, I would not see them ever again... (they are not jumping of joy paying for a private consultation either, though they will pay for $30 acrylic nails!!!)  I explain the difference to them between a one-on-one consultation vs. the support group.  Still, they wont budge.  Still, I agree the support group is not the proper place for follow up.
