I posted this question back in Feb and got one response (thanks Kathy!) and hoping maybe someone else might have some thoughts/suggestions. Permission to post.
34yo G6P3 who had leukemia at the age of 4, was treated with chemo and radiation. Never got milk with previous pregnancies. Had a couple drops of colostrum with 1st baby (NICU), a drop or two with second, and none at all with the 3rd. Never experienced engorgement or breast changes of any kind.
She is resolved to bottle feeding again (EDC 5-13) but would love to breastfeed if at all possible. She again has had no breast changes in preg, no sensitivity or tenderness at all. Will SNS with formula. Any thoughts anyone?
