I work in a practice with nearly 100% breasfeeding at birth and at 6 wks. (longer actually but we don't track out any farther). I would guess I see hypoplasia in one or both breasts is about 8/1000 or a little less than 1/100. Usually have 1-2/250 deliveries/year. I don't keep stats but have been paying close attention for about 10 years.
