NABA keeps a list of formula recalls on its website at
_www.naba-breastfeeding.org_ (http://www.naba-breastfeeding.org) . I have kept the list since 1982
and update it as soon as a recall occurs. There is also an action called a
market withdrawal, where a manufacturer withdraws the product prior to a formal
FDA recall. These are not required to be filed with the FDA, so there are
probably many more "recalls" that what actually gets listed.
