Have you heard about the new product that is hitting the market this
week? It is a test for moms that they can buy OTC to test their breastmilk
and see if it is safe to breastfeed, in regards to the alcohol content of
the milk after having a drink or two. It is put out by 2 moms here in
Austin. It is called "Milkscreen". I spoke to them about their product .
It is a chem. Strip, like what is used to test urine or pools. If it
changes color, there is too much alcohol in the milk and moms should not
direct breast feed at that time. I think it is going to retail for $15.00
for 5 strips.
I have no personal interest in this product, just passing along the
info.
