Chris In answer to the question you sent in a couple of days ago about the WHO Growth Charts, I have now heard that a supplement to the Food and Nutrition Bulletin was produced last year on the Rationale, Planning, and Implementation of the WHO Multicentre Growth Reference Study (Volume 25, Number 1, March 2004) undertaken in Brazil, Ghana, India, Norway, Oman and the USA. The Food and Nutrition Bulletin supplement on the MGRS can be accessed using the following single link: <http://www.unu.edu/unupress/food/fnb25-1s-WHO.pdf>http://www.unu.edu/unupress/food/fnb25-1s-WHO.pdf or in two sections: <http://www.unu.edu/unupress/food/fnb25-1s-WHO-1.pdf>http://www.unu.edu/unupress/food/fnb25-1s-WHO-1.pdf http://www.unu.edu/unupress/food/fnb25-1s-WHO-2.pdf Hope this helps.
