Dear all:

My friend was totally willing to share this story that will warm all of your hearts, especially if you've
had a week of low suppliers or one of those like I had this week when mom was told by her surgeon
that breastfeeding would go fine after breast surgery and it doesn't.

My friend had bilateral breast reduction. After delivery of her first child, it sounds like she had
excellent care from the LCs in Wash DC and was a diligent attached mother so she was able to
exclusively breatfeed him. She is still nursing her first child about 3-4x/day and her second was 17
lbs 2 oz and 26 1/4 inches at 4 months old.

I haven't seen her second yet, but I still remember her cuddly rolly polly smiley first baby.

Best, Susan
