This is number 24 on the Code of Ethics:
 
" IBCLC, RLCs must adhere to those provisions of the International  Code of 
Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes and subsequent resolutions which  pertain 
to health workers."
 
 
I find it interesting that what used to be in the code of Ethics:
 
   
 
•
"An IBCLC will not take payment from an  individual or corporation that 
obtains its  income from the products or services that  are not in the best 
interest of the public, whom it is our duty to  protect"
is no longer there.
Hmmmm......
