The NICU, in the hospital where I work, is looking for guidelines for starting infant PO feedings and for types of bottle nipples used (for both breastfeeding infants and bottle feeding infants).  Anything that anyone would share would be GREATLY appreciated.

Also does any NICU use the Medela steam bags for sterilizing nipples, etc. if reusing them -  for the same baby.
