Hi All,

As part of our BFI goals, our community Bfdg coalition is hoping to do a 
bfdg needs assessment of our mothers, in order to be able to provide 
services to them that meet their needs. Has anybody done this and if so, 
would it be possible for me to get a copy of the questions that were 
asked? Also any ideas about questions would be welcome.
