Hi all,

A friend asked if I would post a question for her on BF phone triage tool
and charting forms.  I have looked in the archives, but no really goods
answers given.  You can even become nationally certified now in phone
triage, yet I've seen nothing out there on bf.  I have the Breastfeeding
Triage Tool from Seattle-King County which is good but, no form for
charting.  For those of you who write bf education here is your chance for a
new adventure.
