Where on earth was the nurse at to OBSERVE the baby in the first  hour.  At 
every hospital I have worked at (ok only 3, but still) the policy  is vitals 
charted every 15 minutes for first hour. Somebody should have been  observing 
this kid during this vital transition time.  I doubt that the  breast had 
anything to do it.  Now, the kid has had an anoxic brain  injury!  Horrible..someone 
really dropped the ball!  I feel for these  parents.
