Working with a Mom of a 1 year old today. Mom has bicornate uterus and
septum and is interested in TTC again. Currently the 1 year old only nurses
at nap and a couple of times throughout the night.
OB and Mom's "high risk specialist" are both advising her that she needs to
wean before even attempting to become pregnant again.
I've asked her to request any medical literature from these doctors that
state she needs to do so, but was also wondering if any of you knowledgeable
ladies had information on this kind of scenario. Is she at a higher risk
for miscarriage? Is this one of those occasions where nursing while
pregnant isn't an option?
Thank you in advance for your time and wisdom
