First of all, so sorry to hear of your son's illness and kudos to you for 
wanting to relactate for him.  How about a good rental pump for home use and the 
Whisper Wear for on the road, busy times?  I've never had a mom personally use 
the WW but know an LC who has and says they work well, aside from the 
noisiness.  Best of everything for your son's rapid recovery.
