I have been a longer time lurker but this is my first post. I look forward 
to hearing from the experts.  I am currently updating policies and would 
like to know how often others are double checking breastmilk. EBM is 
received labeled, reviewed by staff and then stored. A double check occurs 
at time of defrosting/warming, then prior to administration or feeding. I 
would greatly appreciate information regarding the steps other places are
