From my sample of two :-)  I breastfed my first daughter for 2 1/2 whole 
weeks! (1959) and didn't breastfeed daughter #2 at all. Breastfed son #3 for 
3 mo.  By the time they had babies I had very successfully breastfed #4 & 5. 
I was with them  a lot. Milk supply was never a question. Same with 
daughter-in-law (not breastfed and wife of #3 :-)   Where does that leave us 
?  :-)
Interesting to ponder.  Is it the expectation that they will do just fine, 
as opposed to a mom (or mil) who had poor or no experience?
