I should add that this mum is tandem feeding with her =
two year old  boy.  He has the right side and baby has the left.

I don't like to see moms assign one particular side to each child, because  
we know that we are not symmetrical beings and production, flow or even the  
ducts are likely not identical and can sometimes be remarkably  different.
