Hey all,
Facial asymmetry and discoordinated tongue movements usually mean traumatic
birth and cranial nerve injury. Torticollis is different from looking to
one partciular side. In torticollis, the shoulder leans to one side and
the gaze is over the other shoudler. A preference for gaze to one side can
mean injury. That along with colored emesis means that this child should
be seen ASAP.
