with the whole body language thing going on: "How did you feel about this
advice?, ....yes, ((HUG if appropriate)) what was your response to the
doctor?,
...were you satisfied with the doctor's care?....what do think are some
options
for you are?, .......blah blah blah, more professional and objective type
chit chat that leads her to asking you if she should find a new doctor,
..."ah,
very good idea, I 'm glad you thought of that, many new parents have found
that to be a good strategy for reaching their goals in the best interest of
their baby", .....then promptly give your client a list of Bf friendly and
knowledgeable pediatricians/HCPs,>
Brilliant! You've certainly taught "an old dog" a new trick with the
smoothness of that approach! Bravo!
