Baby gained 9 oz in 11 days, and she is down to 1 oz of supplement per 
day (down from 6 oz formula plus 3-5 oz breastmilk by bottle), and the 
pediatrician says from now on just breastfeed and offer supplement once 
a day but don't push it.  (Mom never ended up taking Reglan or 
domperidone, but was on herbs and homeopathic remedies.)

What a rush!!!  I love happy endings!   Thank you everyone for your 
help.
