From my Google alert this morning:

In part: "The Abbott unit had run advertising claiming that "Similac Advance
... has been clinically shown to help support the development of a baby's
immune system like breast milk ...[and results in] immune cell development,"
according to the decision.

The National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus,
a unit of the NARB, previously told the Abbott unit to modify that language
to avoid giving consumers any impression that Similac is "like" breast milk.

But Mead Johnson, which markets Enfamil, a competitor of Abbott's Ross unit,
appealed the decision to the NARB, hoping to restrict Ross's advertising
even further by banning them from using language suggesting that Similac
helped babies' immune systems."
