Francoise, I will try to send you something via personal email when I switch back from laptop computer to home pc. In the meantime for the USA, there are a few refs you might use:

Damato EG, Dowling DA, Madigan EA & Thanattherakul C (2005). Duration of breastfeeding for mothers of twins. Journal of Obstetric, Gynecologic and Neonatal Nursing, 34(2), 201-209.

Geraghty SR, Khoury JC & Kalkwarf HJ (2004). Comparison of feeding among multiple birth infants. Twin Research, 7(6), 542-547.

Geraghty SR, Pinney SM, Sethurman G, Roy-Chadbury A & Kalkwarf HJ (2004). Breast milk feeding rates of mothers of multiples compared to mothers of singletons. Ambulatory Pediatrics, 4(3), 226-231.

(Geraghty et al have a research report in the Nov JHL too. Pedi researcher Sheela Geraghty, MD is a mother of triplets and pumped milk for her babies for many months.)
