Interesting impending class-action lawsuit ...."the suit's legal basis will  
be tied to the concept of "attractive nuisance", ie; if something is 
attractive  and dangerous then there is an obligation to keep it away from those that 
would  be attracted to the dangerous item/product.
 
Makes me think of another product, a product that new parents too  often find 
attractive as an alternative to Bf.
