I think you need more details: nature / purpose of the conference; who
sponsored it; nature / purpose of the particular session; who presented the
information; that person's credentials.
Of all the potential issues of liability I can think of, I can also provide
easy preventive measures. The Ronald McDonald Houses are at no more risk of
liability than any hospital that provides pumps & refrigerators for pumped
milk. Probably less. IMHO.
