Arnica is often used after birth.  It could be given to the mother and still
effect the baby.  Both Calc. Carb and Borax have much yeast in their remedy
picture.  Differientiating is what takes time and practice!

I think it is great that kyou have midwives in your area who are skilled in
this way.
