Just responding to this part as I'm afraid I have little to offer on
the rest - from the figures you've given, it sounds like the mother
is pumping between 16 and 24 ounces per 24 hours. Is this not a very
normal milk volume for 11 days? Perhaps her breasts are just not
going to feel full? If they are very large/limp with lots of skin and
fat, and she is emptying frequently now, they might not ever get that
"bursting out of her skin" feeling.
