Hi Everyone
Looking for some advice please:)
Involved with a woman to-day who first baby now 3, was diagnosed with a tongue -tie, and it wasnt released. Now second child delivered also has a tongue-tie and because of experience with her first child she has Decided to stop breastfeeding and go to Infant formula- what I would like to know is - would you still refer for a tongue tie release ? I feel it would be wise.
2nd question:)
Have been involved with a primip who delivered by emergency section 3 days ago
and in 2003 has an adenoma removed by surgery near her pituatary gland( she isnt sure if it was in her pitutary gland) When the baby came off the breast, there was even a glisten of colostrum, (baby had infant formula overnight) I have commenced her hand expressing and pumping after each feed. But Im not sure if she will be able to lactate or not.Has anyone come across this before.
Thankyou
