I just attended a LLL conference this weekend and
attended a session called Breastfeeding and
Dental Health. I believe the main source of the
info came from a study entitled "Investigation of
the role of human milk in caries development."
(Pam Erickson, Pediatr Dent 21:86, 1999).
However, the speaker included an entire page of
references with her handouts. I'd be happy to
scan the handout and send it your way if you
wish.

> "sources of fluoride include drinking water,

> water." It pretty much said that formula
> feeding is better for your
> child's teeth than breastfeeding!
