Loni has mentioned a 6 month pregnant mother with severely enlarged  breasts. 
While it is always possible that the breasts are extremely hypertropic  from 
the pregnancy, I think they should both be imaged immediately to rule out  
inflammatory breast cancer. There could also be abscesses present and any number  
of other pathologies. I would seriously consider no lymphatic drainage until 
the  breasts have been evaluated. The last thing we would want to see is 
cancer cells  massaged into the axillary lymph nodes.
