That also reminds me that when the mom pumps the Both companies Medela and 
Ameda (I think) have the breastshields or I call them the horns not them 
with nipple shields, that are made larger in diameter. The Medela ones are 
called Personal Fit so the client doesn't feel she is odd and come in the 
size 27 diameter and the 30 mm diameter.
