Thanks in advance for any help or ideas of supportive articles
I just listened to Dr. Nils Bergman's tape from the ILCA conference I
attended on "Skin to Skin Contact and Perinatal Neuorscience." He tells us "Never
Separate a Mother and a Baby!"
In another session, (I don't have the tape for this one so I am relying on
my memory since I can't find where I wrote it down), didn't he say that the
mother should not shower for 24 hours and the baby should not be washed for
several hours? If anyone can pinpoint where he said it and in what session, I
would be most grateful. If he didn't say this, who did?
Thank you for any assistance on this subject.
