freeze dabs of food into cubes. The size will be so convenient for
adjusting amount thawed. I would just tell them to drop into a freezer

My friend did this the whole time she pumped at work....called them
affectionately "Boob Cubes" She figured out that each cube in her tray was 1/2 oz
and as her dh was sahd, he just took out what he thought he would need. The
HUGEST benefit to this method is very little waste. If in doubt go with the
lesser amt thought to be needed, can always thaw another "boob cube".
