Hello
I have permission to post.  This mother is exclusively breastfeeding a
nearly 6 month old baby.  She is having vaginal dryness and pain with
intercourse.  The doctor suggests some locally applied estrogen cream and
indicates that because of the small dosage and local application that it
should not impact supply. 

Opinions?
