 I agree with Dr. Gordon's post.  And just a comment: Isn't it amazing how some of the very same people who will use this information are the one's that almost refuse to believe any other research that supports donor breastmilk for premies. I can almost hear the NICU staff of my facility now, citing this study over other information. 
 (heavy sigh)  
At our hospital we do not use donor breastmilk,(another heavy sigh) but we do get transferes from another local NICU that does use donor milk. (which our NICU staff thinks is "gross"... don't get me started with that one... ) I sincerely hope they do not completely do away with this practice at that hospital. I haven't had a chance to discuss this with their LC's but I hope to soon. ...
