I feel like the standup comic that gets yanked off the stage.  I guess my references about sitting on 
the toilet or answering the door with my son on the pillow didn't quite pass as light hearted humor. 
Jane Goodall was probably too obliaque.  Better hone my material a little more.  : )

PS.  Was the "lactOSE consultant" a flop too? 

PPS.  When we were pationately discussing policies about nursing after a C-section several months 
ago, my poor husband was struggling with the concept of how you could contaminate the sterile field 
by nursing.  He had this thought that maybe they were afraid that the milk could squirt out in an arc 
into the sterile field.  The thought of this streaming arc of milk just cracks me up because a long 
time ago - again one of those things I would never do again - a dad came to support group.  It was a 
small group and the women didn't care.  One mom wanted me to show her how to hand express and 
literally, her milk did squirt all across the room.  The dad had only been a parent for a week or so 
and you could just see his eyes widen at the sight.
