I have personally experienced this, and I can add that it does change
from pain to pressure in stages, as the milk supply regulates around
six and twelve weeks. I seem to have small storage capacity, so I can
be full very quickly. FWIW, even the pressure eventually goes away,
and at 18mo I stopped even physically feeling a letdown.
