The WHO has info on TB and breastfeeding:

Breastfeeding is not contraindicated when mom has TB, but they have some
specific guidelines.

Anyone with experience with mom with TB and breastfeeding?  She now has
neg 
sputums and has 2 more months of treatment.  Is due to deliver in next
few 
weeks.  Is on Inh, rifampin, ethambutol and vit b6. According to Hale
looks 
like these drugs are compatible.  Any other thoughts on this? thanks for
