Thanks to all you who have responded.
It has been a very hard day- I have been on phone with mom so many times.
Things are getting worse.  Baby did not even feed in its sleep this past 
night. When she is up she is just screaming, and finally this morning she 
did fall asleep but has still refused to eat.  Baby had one what in the 
mom's words was a "dehydration diaper" ie green and none since.  She does 
not want to go back to her Ped because he was the one that said it was just 
"gas" at month two.  Our BF friendly Gastro is out of the country till the 
21st, Swallowing- eating clinic has appointment only in 4 weeks.
I told her she must go back to her own Ped today to deal with dehydration 
issues, even if he is not the one to refer or sort out underlying problem.
Poor mother, this baby will not even take one suck with milk flow at this 
point.
Will keep you all posted.
