An article has just been published titled 'The acrylamide intake via some
common baby food for children in Sweden during their first year of life--an
improved method for analysis of acrylamide' in which they found that as long
as babies were exclusively breastfed, they took in virtually no acrylamide,
but that after they started taking cereals in particular, their intake per
weight was about as for adults.
