This is fascinating. I've never heard that 5-6 wet diapers a day is on the
edge of dehydration. I think our pediatricians would be surprised too. So
would our robust, healthy, non-dehydrated babies who have 5-6 wet diapers a
day.
I've not looked in the BF answer book for this particular quote, but is
there a reference for the 8-10, and 5-6 being considered on the edge of
dehydration?
