I was wondering if anyone here might know of references that look at cognitive development in children breastfed for 1 year or more...there's a gazillion papers on the subject of breastfeeding and cognitive development but most of them consider 6+ or 9+ months breastfeeding as the oldest group. The exception that I am aware of is Rogan and Gladen and Silva et al who looked at children breastfed for 50+ weeks. Unfortunately you usually have to access the whole paper to discover just what the age grouping were in a paper and since this is really a minor issue in the paper I'm writing I'd really like to not to spend days and days on it!
Thanks!
