What about a shell inside a well fitted bra to prevent the nipples for
folding?

She says that they literally fold upwards or downwards in her bra, no matter
how big her bra is, and that it causes her to develop thrush in the fold.
She has already had two bouts with mastitis this pregnancy and now she has
blebs (maybe unrelated - hard to tell), but in any case she is
uncomfortable.  Do any of you have suggestions for bras or simply
suggestions?
